Chongqing Jinboss Import & Export Co., Ltd. It is belongs to Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Co., Ltd. We share factory, resource and tech with Beiyi.
On the basis of continuous accumulation of practical experience, our company has formed a whole and complete set of service system, and our products are exported overseas. Now, we also have established stable business networks in Southeast Asia, South America and Africa.
We adhere to "client first, honesty first" as our service principle and is also unanimously recognized by customers in China and all over the world.
Chongqing Beiyi Vehicle Co., Ltd (hereinafter called Beiyi)
Established in April, 2012 and passed the national CCC certification in March, 2013.
Beiyi is the holding subsidiary company of Luoyang Northern EK Chor Motorcycle Co., Ltd. which is also the only enterprise that passed national manufacture access in southwest China. Beiyi is a comprehensive enterprise, specially developing, manufacturing and selling tricycle, with three famous brands “Dayang”, “Shuangshi” and “Qifeng”.
Beiyi is located in Luohuang industrial park, Chongqing. Because Chongqing is the base of motorcycle, we have unique conditions and advantages.
Now, we have 608 employees, including 40 management persons and 30 engineers. There are two assembling lines, one vehicle testing line, thus capacity of production can reach to 60 to 80 tricycles per shift.
We have two subsidiaries, one chassis factory and one carriage factory (including cab). There are separate welding lines for chassis, carriage and cab, and other two lines for pickling, phosphating and electrophoresis. There are more than 200 production equipment total. Production capacity will be 200 sets chassis and carriages, and 100 sets cabs per shift.
The production line layout of the Phase II factory building is based on an annual production capacity 
of 100000 tricycles, and the plan is as follows:

The final assembly workshop will have two 80 meter flatbed truck chassis lines, with a single shift production capacity of 250-300 units; An 80 meter caravan assembly line with a single shift production capacity of 60-100 units; One 80 meter cargo box assembly line with a single shift production capacity of 300 units;
The frame workshop will have 3 flat frame welding lines and 1 caravan frame welding line, with a single shift production capacity of over 350 units;
The cargo compartment workshop will be equipped with 4-6 welding wires, with a single shift production capacity of over 350 units;
The painting workshop will be designed completely according to the structure of the micro car painting line (using a large number of robot spraying), ensuring that the painting quality meets the standards of environmental protection while also achieving automotive quality. The single shift production capacity is 350-400 units (sets).

Beiyi currently has 608 employees, including 40 management personnel and 30 technical research and development personnel (including 6 with senior professional titles and 19 with intermediate professional titles). The company has one 60 meter long chassis assembly line, one 40 meter long caravan assembly line, one vehicle performance testing line, and a single shift vehicle production capacity of 60-80 units;

The company has one chassis and one carriage (including the driver's cab) branch, and has one welding line for each chassis, carriage, driver's cab, etc; There are two pickling, phosphating, and electrophoresis lines, and more than 200 sets of various production equipment. The production capacity of single shift frames and carriages is more than 200 sets, and there are more than 100 sets of cabins.
